Rachel Gioverelli, a 2008 Pettisville High School graduate, recently finished the 2008 cross country season at Bluffton University. She recorded her season-best time of 28 minutes, 50.21 seconds at the Cedarville Invitational. The BU women's team finished ninth in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championships at Manchester College.

The daughter of Glenn and Shirley, Pettisville, she is an English major.
