John E. DeBarr, 64, Toledo, was involved in a car-deer collision about 7:29 pm, Monday, Oct. 20 on St. Rt. 2, about threetenths of a mile west of Co. Rd. 19.

The Fulton County Sheriff Department crash report states DeBarr was driving west on the highway when the collision occurred.
