      Sept. 28 3:18 am: Domestic violence, East Gardens. 12:05 pm: Drive off, Archbold Main Stop, returned and paid for fuel. Sept. 29 2:20 am: 911 hang-up, all okay. Sept. 30 11:35 am: Traffic offense, N. Defiance St. at Lutz Road, traffi c signal, driver disoriented, turned over to Archbold Rescue.

Arrest One After Domestic Incident
      Anthony G. Spangler, 23, Archbold, has been charged with domestic violence as the result of an incident about 3:15 am, Sunday, Sept. 28. Spangler and Brianna M. Jasso, 22, were at the apartment the two share in the East Garden complex, when there was an argument. Martin Schmidt, Archbold police chief, said the argument escalated until Spangler allegedly struck Jasso.

Alleged Drug Use Results In Citations
      Three Archbold men received minor misdemeanor citations for possession of marijuana after they were allegedly caught smoking the substance Tuesday, Sept. 30. Police were called to East Gardens about 10:12 pm, on a report of three men sitting in a vehicle, allegedly smoking marijuana.

Purse, Laundry Basket Stolen
      A purse, cell phone charger, and laundry basket with clothes were among the items reported stolen to Archbold Police recently. Nicole A. Wyse, East Gardens, told police sometime between 3 pm and 5:30 on Thursday, Oct. 2, someone entered her apartment and took a cell phone charger, valued at $5, and a laundry basket full of clothes, worth $15.

Wauseon Man Shot
      Ricardo Santiago, 39, Wauseon, was shot at his residence, 425 Cole St., Apt. 106 early Sunday morning, Sept. 28. Keith Torbet, Wauseon Police Department chief, said last week officers have no leads in the case. A press release states offi- cers were dispatched to a call of shots fired at Santiago's apartment at 1:47 am.

      Jodi L. Nofziger, 42, rural German Township, was taken to the Fulton County Health Center following a two-vehicle crash about 3:34 pm, Saturday, Sept. 28. The Fulton County Sheriff Department report on the crash states Nofziger was traveling south on Co. Rd. 19, while a pickup truck, driven by Jeremy B. Aschemeier, 28, Bryan with passenger Wade S.
