Sept. 15

9:18 am: Domestic dispute, 500 block South St.

Sept. 15

7:27 am: Missing juvenile, East Gardens, later returned home.

6:44 pm: Stolen vehicle, West Barre Rd.

Sept. 16

11:30 am: A representative of the S&S Express convenience store reported a Ford Probe with yellow-orange stripes pumped $30.02 worth of gas. When the subject went into the store, there was no one immediately at the counter. The subject drove off without paying.

11:35 pm: Loud music, 500 block Ditto St., advised to turn it down.

Sept. 17

5:30 am: A car driven by Lois A. Pierce, 34, Bryan, was parked in the ConAgra Foods plant lot. Pierce opened her driver side door, which was struck by a car driven by Kristy S. Aldrich, 35, Paulding, which was pulling into a parking place next to the Pierce auto.

12:52 pm: Brenda Killion, 47, Waldron, Mich., reported while her vehicle was parked at the Barn Restaurant between 5:15 pm and 9:15 pm, it was struck in the rear by an unknown vehicle.

2:55 pm: A semi-truck, driven by Adam R. Hildebrandt, 30, rural Archbold, owned by Leininger Truck Service, Archbold, was traveling north in the 300 block of S. Lincoln Street when the trailer struck a lowhanging wire owned by Time Warner Cable.

Sept. 18

9:39 am: Child walking in 2000 block of S. Defiance St.

12:45 pm: Car driven by Christine S. Draggoo, 46, rural Archbold, was backing at the Samuel Mancino's restaurant. A sport-utility vehicle, driven by Tricia Henricks, 24, rural Fayette, with passengers Melissa S. Jaqua, 23, Ahlyn P. Jaqua, 3, and Hunter R. Jaqua, 1, all of the same Pettisville address, was backing out of a parking space. The two vehicles collided.

2 pm: A pickup truck driven by Michael L. Short, 49, rural Archbold, with passenger Adam M. Short, 23, same address, was traveling north on Co. Rd. 24, and was stopped at the St. Rt. 2 intersection. Michael Short backed up to allow room for a vehicle to turn left from St. Rt. 2 onto Co. Rd. 24. The Short pickup struck a stopped motorcycle, ridden by Douglas C. Dunlap, 56, rural Stryker. Short was cited for disobeying rules for starting and backing vehicles.

Sept. 19

11 am: Citation to Derek T. Hazel, 20, Delta, for school bus violation, West Barre Rd. at West St.

7:55 pm: Citation to Joshua A. Cuellar, 18, Archbold, speeding, 200 block Sylvanus St.

Sept. 20

8:54 am: Bags left in alley behind Care & Share, nothing in the bags they can use, contacted subject who left items; subject will pick them up.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police officers gave verbal warnings for use of exhaust brake, no visible registration, speeding, failure to yield, stop sign, traffic signal, crossing when gates coming down, riding bicycles on downtown sidewalks.
