County Needs Help To Support United Way
      Every person in Fulton County benefi ts from services provided by the 32 agencies of the Fulton County United Way. Each year UW funds help to pay for multiple services to thousands of residents living in our county. That is just one of the many reasons UW must be supported by everyone.

      Ten Years Ago Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1998 The ceramics of Amy Rupp Smith, originally of Archbold, were selected to appear in the Sauder Village Art & Craft Show, Saturday, Sept. 26. Michael Short received the first Mary Short award from Archbold Community Theatre Sept. 14. Michael has been pretending to be someone else since he was three years old.

      If our daughter did not face the challenges of developmental disabilities, we might not have quite the same perspective on the topic of the proposed group home on Sylvanus Street. But we have to advocate for her future, just as all parents are advocates for making sure all of their children reach their fullest potential.
