      Marie F. Frey, age 91 years, of Archbold, passed away Sunday morning, Sept. 21, 2008, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home in Archbold, where she had resided one year. She was born Dec. 27, 1916, near Pettisville, the daughter of Samuel and Ida (Nofziger) Crossgrove, and married Vernon Frey on June 1, 1937.

Gerald E. "Jerry" Turner
      Gerald E. "Jerry" Turner, 85, Wauseon, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2008 surrounded by his family at his home in rural Wauseon. He was born June 6, 1923 in Adrian, Mich., the son of Earl and Herndon (Hammel) Turner. In 1975 he married Sandra Steward, who survives.
