Cooper Standard Plant Still Going Strong In Archbold
      The closure of Archbold's Cooper Standard plant may wait until 2009, a company offi cial said this week. In an email message, Barry Von Lanken, manager of marketing services, said limited production is still underway at the plant, which makes smalldiameter tubing for the auto industry.

Municipal Tax Up In July
      Receipts of the Archbold municipal income tax were up in July, but continued to lag on a year-to-date basis. For the last three months, May, June, and July, year-todate revenues have been behind the same time periods in 2007.
