Ruth Evelyn Kruse, 76, of Napoleon, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. She was born Nov. 23, 1931 in Sidney, to the late Roy and Ada (Gross) Ammon.
