John Smallman, 101 Union Street, told Archbold Police that sometime between 5 pm, Saturday, May 31, and 9:45 am, Sunday, June 1, someone damaged the passenger side window of the cap on his pickup truck bed.

The APD report states the damage appeared to be caused by a small object, possibly a bb.
