9:48 am: Citation to Daniel M. Wheeler, 64, rural Stryker, improper lane, 1800 block S. Defiance St.
10:12 pm: Loud music, 200 block Dogwood Ct., advised to turn it down.
9:55 am: A sport-utility vehicle, driven by Jeremy A. Hamilton, 19, Archbold, traveling north on S. Defiance St., stopped at the Norfolk Southern railroad crossing. A car, driven by Jody A. Reeb, 30, Ridgeville Corners, with passenger Adam Reeb, 4, same address, traveling north on S. Defiance St., behind the Hamilton auto. The vehicles collided. Jody Reeb was cited for clear distance ahead.
2:46 pm: Citation to Joseph William Addington, 22, Archbold, traffic signal, S. Defiance St at Lafayette St.
3 am: Pickup truck, driven by DeWayne T. Massengale, 28, rural Defiance, backing from a parking space in Fypon parking lot, when his pickup collided with a parked pickup owned by Sisto Rodriguez, rural Archbold.
12:18 pm: Citation to Kelsey L. Stamm, 34, rural Archbold, traffic signal, N. Defiance St. at E. Lutz Rd.
9:08 pm: Theft from vehicle, 203 Murbach St.
12:29 am: Vehicle vandalism, East Gardens.
1:01 pm: Pickup truck, driven by John Scott Miller, 52, Defiance, stopped in traffic on S. Defiance St., 53 feet south of E. Mechanic St. A second pickup, driven by Roger L. Gerken, rural Archbold, was following the Miller vehicle. The vehicles collided. Miller was transported by Archbold Rescue to the Fulton County Health Center, where information on his condition was not available. Gerken was cited for clear distance ahead.
8:55 am: A representative of Friendship Food Mart reported a white male, wearing jeans and blue hooded sweatshirt, with short dark hair and moustache, driving an older four-door car, pumped $25 in gas. He went into the store, purchased a hot dog, and left, failing to pay for the fuel.
12:15 pm: A car, driven by Carrie M. Bechtel, 30, Archbold, traveling east on Taylor Pkwy., stopped at the S. Defi- ance St. intersection. A second car, driven by Mark Kontak, 43, Toledo, stopped behind the Bechtel vehicle. Bechtel backed up to allow a semi truck to negotiate the intersection, and backed into the Kontak auto. Bechtel cited for improper starting and backing.
2:45 pm: Observed two juveniles cross Norfolk Southern Defiance St., while gates were down; advised youth against practice.
3:46 pm: Domestic dispute, Fox Chase, resolved between parties.
4:14 pm: Attempted scam at the Archbold Buckeye.
(Note: During the preceding week, Archbold Police officers gave verbal warnings for speeding, no through trucks, expired registration, no headlights, failure to dim, reckless operation, stop sign, and failure to drive in marked lanes.)
