Earns Degree

Shannon E. Fraker received a doctor of philosophy degree in statistics from Virginia Tech University, Blacksburg, Va., Friday, Dec. 14. She also completed bachelor's and master's studies there.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Fraker, Sr., Archbold, and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Fraker, Jr., Phoenixville, Pa.
