Earn Degrees

Three Archbold Area residents received degrees during Bowling Green State University commencement ceremonies, held Friday and Saturday, Dec. 14-15.

Lauren Hoffman, rural Archbold, received a Bachelor of Science degree in education. She was one of 19 summa cum laude graduates out of the approximately 800 students graduating with a bachelor's degree. She maintained a grade point average between 3.9 and a perfect 4.0 for the honor.

Jason Rose, Archbold, graduated with a master's of education degree, while Alysa Sauder, rural Archbold, received master's degree during the commencement ceremonies.
