2:08 am: Loud music, 200 block S. Defiance St., advised to keep it down.

Nov. 25

7:12 am: Report of stabbing, Jose Daniel Mora, 25, Archbold, charged with falsification.

12:38 pm: Theft, 400 Ditto St.

Nov. 26

3:02 pm: A minivan, driven by Craig A. Graham, 36, Defiance, was traveling south on S. Defi- ance St., with passenger Jennifer M. Graham, 34, same address, and was stopped in traffic about 209 ft. north of Short- Buehrer Rd. A second minivan, driven by Peggy A. Hansford, 47, rural Defiance, was following the Graham vehicle. The two vehicles collided. Hansford was cited for failure to maintain a clear distance ahead.

Nov. 27

7:07 am: Citation to Joshua W. Kunesh, 20, Defiance, stop sign, E. Beech St. at S. Lincoln St.

7:16 am: A sport-utility vehicle, driven by Madonna J. Tejkl, 37, Lyons, was traveling north on Clyde's Way, when the vehicle began to slide on an icy bridge. The vehicle went off the right side of the road, crossed the roadway, went off the left side, and struck a utility pole. Tejkl was cited for reasonable control.

10:34 am: Braun Otterson, rural Archbold, reported while his vehicle was parked in the Friendship Foods parking lot, the wind caught the passenger door of the vehicle, causing damage.

10:56 am: A representative of Friendship Food Mart reported a subject in a dark-colored, fullsize GMC pickup truck pumped $59 in gasoline and drove off.

5:55 pm: Citation to Chad F. Kruse, 25, Archbold, speeding, Burke St.

11:04 pm: Possible burglary, 51 Oak View.

Nov. 28

10:15 pm: A car, driven by Roy Ysasaga, 55, Defiance, was parked at the Friendship Food Mart. Ysasaga pumped gas, then left without removing the gasoline nozzle from the tank.

Nov. 29

12:15 pm: Sally Hull, Bryan, reported while her sport-utility vehicle was parked at the Bil-Jax parking lot, the wind blew open the door of the vehicle parked next to her, causing damage. The other vehicle was owned by Florian J. Swanson, Defiance.

7 pm: Domestic violence, East Gardens, officers were unable to determine the primary physical aggressor; no arrest.

Nov. 30

10:15 am: John VanPelt, 101 Elm St., reported he discovered a decorative plastic fence damaged on the northeast corner of his property; it appears to have been pushed or kicked. It is not known when the damage occurred. Damage value, $30.

10:30 am: Theft report, ARS, Inc.

5:05 pm: Wallet found, contacted owner.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold Police officers gave verbal warnings for speeding, improper lane use, no visible registration, no turn signal, driving left of center, passing a stopped school bus with its lights flashing, failure to drive in marked lanes, and no through trucks.
