Thanksgiving... Time To Be Grateful

Last week, this newspaper told the story of Brad Rupp . Two years ago, he was on the verge of death.

Medical personnel who treated him have said he was blessed with a miracle, and he made an amazing recovery. Today, he and his family are thankful for his recovery, and have made a few changes in their lives. For example, he takes more time away from work to be with his wife and children.

While most people have not been on death's door, only to come back at the last minute, like Brad, we still enjoy many blessings.

Thanksgiving is the time we think about such things as good health, family and friends, abundant food, a warm home.

As we race though life, it's easy to get caught up in daily problems.
