Vehicles Collide

Two minivans collided at the intersection of South Defiance Street and Short Buehrer Road about 2:38 pm Sunday, Nov. 4.

The Archbold Police Report said Brenda L. Holvey, 47, North Baltimore, was driving a minivan south on South Defi- ance St., and was stopped at the Short-Buehrer Road intersection.

Blanche M. Myers, 48, Portland, Ind., rear-ended Holvey.

Myers was cited for failure to maintain an clear distance ahead.

Jason M. Hahn, 35, Norfolk, Va., was driving a pickup north on Co. Rd. 25, about threetenths (.3) of a mile north of Co. Rd. A at about 7:17 am Saturday, Oct. 27, when the pickup collided with a deer.

The FCSD report on the crash states neither Hahn nor passenger David Steven Wagner, 32, Pittsburg, Pa., were injured.

Melanie Wyse, 45, rural Fayette, was involved in a car-deer accident Friday, Oct. 26, at about 8:36 pm, on Co. Rd. 21, about an eighth (.125) of a mile south of Co. Rd. L-M. The FCSD accident report states Wyse was driving a car north on Co. Rd 21 when the vehicle collided with the animal.
