Dominique Charged With Kidnapping
      Jacob B. Dominique, 24, 609 Stryker St., has been charged with kidnapping, domestic violence, and resisting arrest. Dominique was arrested Sunday, Oct. 28, after a one-hour standoff at his residence with Archbold Police officers, plus officers from four other law enforcement agencies.
