County Unemployment 5.5% In September
      Fulton County's September unemployment was 5.5%, estimated by Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. It was up a tenth (.1) of a percentage point from the August unemployment of 5.4%, but 1.7 percentage points below the July figure of 7.2%.
