Pole Named To Cancer Liaison Post At FCHC
      Michael Pole, an Archbold physician, has been appointed as the cancer liaison physician for the Fulton County Health Center's Rainbow Hematology Oncology Treatment Center. Pole, who is the medical director of FCHC radiology department, will serve three years.

Archbold Residents Receive Fair Recognition
      Several Archbold and Archbold area residents were honored for their exhibits during the 2007 Fulton County Fair. Keith Oyer, Archbold, showed the grand champion gelding in horse competition, while Jessica Robbins, rural Pettisville, showed the reserve champion gelding.

Voter Registration Deadline Oct. 9
      Qualified voters must register by Tuesday, Oct. 9, to vote in the Tuesday, Nov. 6 general election. Registration can be completed at the Fulton County Board of Elections, 525 North Shoop Ave., Wauseon.

      Youngsters from the Pettisville area brought home several awards in Fulton County Junior Fair Competition. In Sheep judging, Monday, Sept. 3, Stacey King daughter of Duane and Jennifer King, Pettisville, showed the reserve champion market lamb. Stacey also won showmanship, age 16 and over.
