Man Indicted On Burglary Charge

Marcos A. Garcia, 22, Archbold, was indicted on two counts of attempted burglary and one count of criminal damaging or endangering by the Fulton County Grand Jury on Monday, Aug. 20.

The indictment against Garcia states on July 15, he attempted to break into an occupied structure when another person was present.

Dereck M. Davenport, 25, Archbold, was indicted on a single count of passing bad checks.

The indictment against Davenport states that on May 30, he wrote two checks, totaling $830.77, to a local discount store, knowing the checks would be dishonored.
