Rain Causes Fire
      Andy Brodbeck, Archbold Fire Department chief, said rainwater got into the electrical system of a construction tractor, causing a fire which was reported about 9:44 am, Monday, Aug. 20. The machine, owned by Morton Buildings, Morton, Ill., was parked at a construction site on Short-Buehrer Road.
