Casey Short Accepted Into Honors Program
      Casey Short, 2007 Archbold High School graduate, was accepted into the honors program for the coming year at Adrian (Mich.) College. The daughter of Michael and Dana Short, rural Archbold, she will join about 40 freshmen in the program.

      Lori Yoder and Virginia Zuniga, Archbold, earned Bluffton (University) Organizational Management Program dean's list honors for the 2007 spring semester. Students must earn a 3.6 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Earns Scholarship
      Jacob Short, a 2006 Pettisville High School graduate, received one of 11 scholarships from the Simonton Windows Scholarship Fund of the Parkersburg (W.Va.) Area Community Foundation. Criteria for winning included academic achievement, financial need, leadership ability, and involvement.
