North Carolina Piedmont Sauce 15 ounces white vinegar 15 ounces cider vinegar 3 1.2 teaspoons red pepper
flakes 1 1.2 ounces Tabasco sauce 1 3.4 ounces sugar 4 teaspoons cracked black peppercorns
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use immediately or refrigerate. Makes 32 ounces.
