Complaint Filed After Alleged Harassment

Archbold Police officers are investigating the alleged harassment of a 13-year-old Archbold girl at the Archbold Football Field.

Martin Schmidt, Archbold Police chief, said the parents of the 13-year-old filed the complaint. They allege their daughter was harassed at the field by a 16- year-old girl, also from Archbold.

The alleged harassment, which reportedly occurred between 3 pm Thursday, Aug. 30, and 2:22 am Friday, Aug. 31, allegedly included threats of violence, Schmidt said.
