Fulton County DD Board, Union Reach 3-Year Accord
      Earlier this month, the Fulton County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the Ohio Association of Public School Employees, Local 309, said they have agreed on a new three-year contract. The union represents program, transportation, and office staff, which totals near 35 workers.
